Sita, Shrutkirti, Mandavi & Urmila were all being decked by Malvika & other friends. Malvika was crying by hugging Sita as the vidai time has come now & Urmila, Shrutkirti, Mandavi kept their heads on Sitaji’s shoulders & started weeping. Sitaji’s aunt (Shrutkirti & Mandavi’s mother) comes & hugs all the four sisters & ask them to remain one in all the adverse situations & asks Sitaji that she should save her sister bond from all the politics of kingdom as there is a lot of politics involved in every kingdom & royal matters. Sitaji’s aunt says that she is happy as the four sisters are going in the same house, Sitaji’s eyes fills up with tears & she gets so.. emotional, Mandavi says that all the sisters would always listen to Sitaji as she is their didi(elder sister) .
Then a maid comes & tells that the vidai time has come and all the four sisters are being called by Raja Janak. Sitaji’s face turn pale by the thought of vidai.
Rama, Laxman, Shatrughana and Bharat along with Vishwamitra, Vasishta, King Dasharath were shown, Sitaji and all her sisters then hug their mothers, friends, King Janak, all the focus was on Sitaji. King Janak got so.. emotional that even tears spilled in Rama’s eyes also. King Janak requests King Dasharath to take care of his daughters, King Dasharath say that now all the daughter-in-laws are his daughters & King Janak need not worry at all, then emotional talks between King Dasharath & King Janak goes on. Then Rama touches the feet of King Janak (A traditional practice to seek blessings). King Janak does namaskar to all the Baraatees (Wedding guests) from Ayodhaya!!
At last Sitaji hugs her father. King Janak says that ”Sita, you should fulfill all your duties towards your in-laws & your husband & should always keep your parents face up with pride at her in-laws house.”
Now, Sitaji & all her sisters sit in the Paalki (Palanquin). Rama, Laxman, Bharat & Shatrughana along with all the Baraatees & King Dasharath & all the Gurus & Rishis walk behind the palaquins .
King Janak was all left alone after the vidai ceremony & was sulking big time, but by the thought that Sitaji got a husband like Rama who is the gem of a man & who would take care of her, he was consoling himself & then King Janak remembers all the scenes of Rama and Sita wedding where Sitaji is putting garland around Ramaji’s neck, Rama-Sita taking saat pheres around the sacred fire, Ramji filling Sitaji’s maang with sindoor (vermillion) & all the moments of Sitaji’s childhood were flashing in his memories & eyes.
Ayodhya was all decked up to welcome all the four princes and their beautiful wives, Rama, Laxman, Bharat & Shatrughana reaches at the main door of the Ayodhya kingdom. Rani Kaushlaya do the Aarti of all four brothers and their wives. Rama and Sita then touch the feet of Kaushlaya to seek the blessings.
Then all the ladies were singing auspicious songs, Rama, Laxman, Bharat & Shatrughana sitting on royal chairs in front of their wives respectively. The ladies were giggling & chuckling . Rama & Sita gaze each other with so.. blushy expressions, the ladies then ask Sita, Mandavi, Urmila & Shrutkirti to tell who is their husbands by taking their names. Sitaji through her eyes took permission from Kaushlaya & says in such a poetic & cute way that - jinke charanon mein hai saara dham ,woh hai mere prabhu Shri Rama !!! (all the universe is in the feet of his prince charming & his name is Shri Rama).
Urmila, Mandavi & Shrutkirti also took the names of their husbands in poetic ways (that was really nice and cute), Shatrughana was so… naughty & was cutely teasing Shrutkirti, all the ladies were giiggling at the naughty comments of Shatrughana as Shatrughana say to Shrutkirti that she should not shy at all and tell the name of her husband frankly or he (Shatrughna himself) should tell his wife’s name. Bharat says that in Mithila, Shatrughana used to always think of ways to meet Shrutkirti and everyone laughs.
Rama was sitting calmly & quietly looking at Sitaji & Sitaji was blushing & shying so… much. Finally, Rama and Sita have come to Ayodhya as man and wife .
