i join the MSC IT in chennai in year 2009 calender year .. but i didnt able to attend the full P2P class there .. can i join here in nepal at himalay network which is study center of madras university ….since i didnt make 1 year can i continue in 2 nd year nad also 1 year in arrears here in nepal
