Kayamath ’s story centers around Praachi - a simple girl with dreams in her eyes. Praachi believes in fairy tale romances and awaits her Prince Charming. In a world full of smart, confident and intelligent women Praachi comes across as a vulnerable and docile character.

She is a young sheltered girl who has never seen any struggle in her life. Praachi draws her strength from her father Inder Goenka and her childhood sweetheart Neev and is completely dependent on them.

Praachi and Neev are childhood friends, they love each other, but don’t know about each other’s feelings.

Praachi’s life is completely transformed when on the day she is to get married to Neev, her father dies. As if the death of her father wasn’t enough to shatter her dreams, she also learns of her father’s illegitimate relationship with another woman and his other daughter Ayesha.

Circumstances change her life. The show is about Praachi’s love and her life. Her life where she losses her most loved ones and her sacrifice for her loved ones…

Episodes starts with Premlatha preparing for the marriage and ask Bobby to invite all her relatives and he agrees when Neev comes and wated to tell the truth about Varun that he is married but in vain and Neev asked where is Prachi and she says in the room and Neev leaves to meet her

Neev came in to the room and Prachi ask to help him of the jewelleries which Neev brings her closer to him agressively and tells her she can’t married Varun because he is a cheat and married and Prachi ask what his problem why does he doing that and he said because and he confess he loves her alot and Prachi got shocked and had tears in her eyes he says that that night i came to tell you what was in my heart to you but you thought it was a joke and laughed and confess i loved you since childhood but now i came to realise i can’t live without you and Prachi had tears and shows the cupboard which had Neev and her photos in the drawer which she hides and says that that it contains all their memories and she loved him since childhood she knows the feelings since childhood but Neev came to realise now which is too late because she had taken the decisions of marrying Varun because of her dad’s reputation and she can’t betray her father trust from far a distance Naintara’s father records in his phone their confession and she says she will marry Varun no matter what now on his friend will be lost and and he will see her as Varun’s wife and Neev had tears in his eyes and was crying.Then Naintara’s dad says now he have recorded everything he will tell Inder all about it

Then Neev comes to sense and says to himself he have to save Prachi from Varun and he needs to call Swati back and went to Varun’s house like a theif he tried many area but could not get in then he saw a window which leads to Varun-Swati’s room and climb in and got info of where in london Swati is staying and calls her up.

He calls Swati and tells the the truth about Varun that he is cheating on her but she did not believe him then he took Prachi’s name and tells even this that Varun is ruining Prachi’s life too and she began to trust Neev and said that she is coming back and plead him to stop the wedding till she comes because the marriage is 8 hours time and she will be there too in 8 hours time so it would be late he ask somehow to hold it and he agrees but ask her to come back and Swati says she is coming.

Then he hears Varun comes in and accidentally drops down the phone and Varun hears it and Varun went to check the room and saw the phone upside down with Swati’s address but Neev ran away and varun was sure that Neev was here calling Swati. Prachi was crying thinking about Neev when her father comes and ask her about the marriage whether she is happy and she says yes and advices about how to be in sasuraal and Prachi hugs her father saying she will do what her father says. Naintara is sleeping and she dreamt Neev comes and distrub her romantically, her mother wakes her up and tells the dream which her father came in and said he will make it true.

Premlatha and Dadi makes Prachi wear the bridal wear and Premlatha notice that she is playing with her pallu and ask her to stop because this habit she must leave in her maayka as sasural will be different and she says she is in love and lucky to get married with the one she loves and Prachi smiled then Dadi says no need to be nervous as there is noone in Varun’s house and his relatives is in overseasand Prachi says to herself the love in her eyes is not for Varun but Neev then Premlatha thinks of Neev and calls him up to see Prachi as the bridal and Neev makes an excuse but then agree

Neev looks at the decorations and was sad and thinks all the moments spent with Prachithen he came to sense again and looks at the time and looks at the mandap and saw the chandan and pours the water in it and Naintara’s dad sees it and tells that he wants to stop wedding and Neev says no and he ask Neev to help Inder and ask the servant to change the chandan and says its time to show the record.

He stops Inder and said that neev wants to stop the wedding and Inder says let bygones be bygones and he go on saying that he have proof and shows to him and they both watch Mallika Sherawat dancing in his phone and Naintara’s dad was shocked Inder was smiling

Neev keeps looking at the time waiting for Swati and then somebody says the baarath has arrived and the episodes split in to 4 parts Varun….Neev waiting for Swati….Inder….Prachi and Neev recalls Swati words that she can’t get back by 11pm the marriage time he should try somehow to hold the marriage till she comes…episodes ends
