Powerstar Pawan Kalyan’s latest tollywood film is Jalsa starring Illeana, Kamilni Mukherjee & Parvati Melton as his co-stars. As his earlier films, there has been alot of buzz in the industry with the speculation about the songs being leaked into the web much before the audio release. The leak has however, generated a tremendous hype for this film.

Pawan Kalyan’s recent films like Bangaram and Annavaram were hits commercially but were termed as average taking the script and storyline as consideration. Now he is looking for a complete hit, both commercially and technically and this may be the next milestone for him after Khushi.

Trivikram Srinivas will be handiling the direction for this film. Trivikram known for his one-liners as the dialogue writer has already tasted success with his critically acclaimed film "Nuvve Nuvve" and Mahesh Babu starrer "Athadu" which was termed as one of the year’s best movies. Trivikram, in total will be handling four major departments of this film - Direction, Screenplay writer, Script and Dialogue writer.

Devi Sri Prasad’s music for this film is also one to be waited for. It’s the first time, he is scoring music for Pawan Kalyan’s film and the songs are said to be youthful. Earlier, Devi Sri Prasad was tagged for his songs being monotonous and this might be chance for him to prove that he can be refreshing too.

Geeta Arts, who has earlier entertained the tollywood industry with hits like - Ghajini, Happy and many others will be producing this film and Padmasree Allu Ramalingaiah will be the presenter of this film.

The movie is expected to release on March 28th, 2008 and the audio will be launched on 29th, February, 2008 at Taramati Baradari (Golkonda).
