Downloaded & filled application form from the webs4e along with admit cards (both copies) must be accompanied by the DD of Rs. 1 000/- Application form & brochure may be obtained alternatively in person or by post stating clearly the name of program, on payment with a DO of Rs. 12001- in favor of Registrar. For NRI/Foreign Nationals/Persons of Indian Origin: No Entrance Test. Eligibility 45% marks in aggregate in qualifying exam. Apply directly to the “Chairperson” on plain paper with all documents along with a DO of USD 50 in favor of Registrar, DAVV” payable at Indore.

Age limits (as on 01 July 2009)- Max 27 years for Group-A excluding MBA (Hosp Admn) 2 yrs & Max 22 Years for Group-B & C. Relaxation in age for MP domicile SC/ST/OBC/PH candidates is 3 years. No age limit for female candidates.
